1. Hit the windows button from your keyboard and locate the Run option. Alternatively you can hit the use shorcut: Windows key + R
2. So, one step left before you get rid of this Windows XP annoyance. Copy and paste the following line and hit the return key. RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove
